Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup molasses
- ¼ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons powdered mustard
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan; whisk until thoroughly blended. Cook and stir on medium-high 3-4 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from heat and let stand to cool. Refrigerate in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
