Ingredients
- 12 dinner rolls (or slider buns)
- ¼ bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 cups angel hair cabbage
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 20 oz shredded barbecue jackfruit
Steps
- Halve dinner rolls; chop cilantro finely (¼ cup). Combine in bowl: cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Heat jackfruit following package instructions.
- Build sliders by topping bottom halves of buns evenly with jackfruit, slaw, and top buns. Serve.
