Irish Cream Coconut Coffee

Ingredients

  • 4 oz coffee
  • 2 teaspoons caramel sauce
  • 1 oz Irish whiskey
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut

Steps

    1. Place in small saucepan over medium: coffee, caramel, whiskey, cinnamon, and nutmeg; cook 2–3 minutes, whisking occasionally, or until blended and hot.
    2. Meanwhile, beat whipping cream and cream of coconut with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
    3. Pour coffee mixture carefully into Irish coffee glass (or mug); top with whipped cream. Garnish with additional cinnamon and nutmeg, if desired; serve.
