- 6 oz hot coffee
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
- 2 oz heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Combine coffee, sugar, and Irish whiskey in an Irish coffee glass.
- Whip cream until thick but still pourable; top coffee with cream.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
