Infused Lemonade and Blackberry Mocktails
4 servings
8 hours, 30 minutes total (Active 30 minutes)

Ingredients

For infused lemonade
  • 2 cups Deli lemonade
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (+ more, optional for garnish)
For syrup
  • 12 oz fresh (or frozen) blackberries (+ more, optional for garnish)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
For mocktails
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 cups juniper (or berry) kombucha
  • Lemon wheels (optional, for garnish)

Steps

    1. Prepare infused lemonade. Place rosemary sprigs in lemonade. Chill 8 hours (or overnight).
    2. Prepare syrup. Place blackberries, sugar, and salt in small saucepan on medium. Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries have broken down and mixture has thickened. Strain mixture through fine-mesh strainer into small bowl, discarding solids. Chill until ready to serve. (Makes about ½ cup.)
    3. Prepare mocktails. Fill 4 stemless wine glasses with crushed ice. Divide infused lemonade among glasses; float kombucha over lemonade.* Top with syrup; garnish with rosemary sprigs, lemon wheels, and blackberries, if desired.
    * To float liquid, set spoon at a 45° angle, barely placed inside drink, with back of spoon facing away from drink. Pour liquid slowly onto back of spoon, letting it drizzle over surface of drink.
