- 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Steps
- Place potatoes in microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave 3 more minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cook time, or until thoroughly heated. Stir and serve.
