Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps

    1. Place in blender: rice, almonds, coconut, and water; blend until smooth. Chill 30 minutes (or up to 3 hours).
    2. Combine remaining ingredients in pitcher. Strain rice water through fine sieve (or cheesecloth) into milk mixture and stir until blended. Serve over ice.
