Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
- 5 cups water
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Steps
- Place in blender: rice, almonds, coconut, and water; blend until smooth. Chill 30 minutes (or up to 3 hours).
- Combine remaining ingredients in pitcher. Strain rice water through fine sieve (or cheesecloth) into milk mixture and stir until blended. Serve over ice.
