Honey-Fig Ricotta Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Bakery bake-at-home demi baguettes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh rosemary, divided
  • 8 oz Deli Gruyére cheese
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ cup fig preserves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake baguettes following package instructions.
    2. Meanwhile, chop rosemary finely and shred Gruyére (about 2 cups). Combine in large bowl: ricotta, mascarpone, preserves, honey, nutmeg, salt and 1 teaspoon rosemary; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 1 cup Gruyére until well blended. Spread mixture in 9-inch square baking dish; top with remaining 1 cup Gruyére.
    3. Bake 15–20 minutes until top is golden and mixture is hot. Let dip stand 10 minutes to cool. Sprinkle with remaining ½ teaspoon rosemary. Serve with baguette slices.
