Ingredients
- 4 green onions
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Steps
- Slice onions thinly; chop tomatoes and garlic coarsely.
- Heat oil in large sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Add onions, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Chill until ready to serve.
