- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 (10 oz) bags frozen cooked brown rice
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs stir-in paste
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Chop parsley finely.
- Combine rice, herbs paste, salt, and pepper in pan; cook and stir 3–4 minutes until thoroughly heated.
- Stir in parsley; serve.
