Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 (10 oz) bags frozen cooked brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs stir-in paste
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Steps

    1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Chop parsley finely.
    2. Combine rice, herbs paste, salt, and pepper in pan; cook and stir 3–4 minutes until thoroughly heated.
    3. Stir in parsley; serve.
