- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb paste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Season fish with salt and pepper; place on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes and until opaque and separates easily.
- Combine butter and herb paste; top fish with mixture.
