Ingredients
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 8 oz diced precooked ham
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- ½ cup water
- 1 (8.5-oz) box rye crackers
Steps
- Chop shallot (2 tablespoons). Place all ingredients (except crackers) in slow cooker; cover and cook on HIGH for 50–60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Place slow cooker on warm. Serve dip hot with crackers.
