Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices American cheese (3 oz)
- 4 hamburger buns
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium-high. Combine turkey, seasoning and Worcestershire in medium bowl until well blended. Form into 4 (½-inch-thick) patties and place on grill (wash hands).
- Grill 4–6 minutes on each side until grill-marked and 165°F. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese. Serve on hamburger buns.
Other Preparation Methods
- Slow cook: Combine in slow cooker: 1 ½ lb ground turkey breast; 10 oz cream of chicken soup; 1 cup water; ¼ cup diced pimientos; 1 ½ cup each diced fresh onions, sliced mushrooms, and shredded cheddar cheese; and 2 cups broken uncooked spaghetti. Cook 3–4 hours on LOW until 165°F.
Wash hands, utensils, and surfaces with soap and water after any contact with raw meat, seafood, or eggs.
Do not reuse marinades.
