Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil
- ⅓ cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 ½ lb halibut fillets (¾-inch-thick)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
Steps
- Preheat grill to medium. Combine sesame oil and mayonnaise;
- set aside. Brush fish with canola oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Grill fish 3-4 minutes on each side or until opaque and separates easily.
- Spread sesame sauce over fish; top with green onions.

- Sauté: Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high. Season 1 ½ lb halibut (¾-inch-thick) with salt and pepper. Place 1 tablespoon oil in pan, then add fish; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until opaque and separates easily. Add 10 oz lemon dill finishing sauce to fish, heat until warm.
