Ingredients

Steps

    1. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Trim and discard tough root ends from sprouts. Cut onion and bell pepper into 1-inch cubes.
    2. Place sprouts and potatoes in large, microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 4 minutes; drain well and let stand to cool 5 minutes.
    3. Coat sprouts, potatoes, onions, and peppers with 3 tablespoons oil and 4 teaspoons seasoning. Alternate vegetables evenly onto skewers. Coat pork with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 2 teaspoons seasoning (wash hands).
    4. Grill vegetable skewers and pork 12–14 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and pork is 145°F. Let pork stand 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle pork and vegetables with sauce; serve.

If fruits and vegetables are part of this recipe, be sure to wash thoroughly.
