Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) can pineapple rings in juice
- 1 lower-sodium ham center slice (about 1.3 lb)
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
Steps
- Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Drain pineapple. Cut ham into 4 portions, removing and discarding bone. Slice through skin on edge of ham to prevent ham from curling. Brush marinade over both sides of ham and pineapple (wash hands).
- Arrange ham and pineapple rings on grill. Close lid and cook 4–5 minutes until ham is 145°F. Serve.
