Grilled Ham Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) can pineapple rings in juice
  • 1 lower-sodium ham center slice (about 1.3 lb)
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki marinade

Steps

    1. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Drain pineapple. Cut ham into 4 portions, removing and discarding bone. Slice through skin on edge of ham to prevent ham from curling. Brush marinade over both sides of ham and pineapple (wash hands).
    2. Arrange ham and pineapple rings on grill. Close lid and cook 4–5 minutes until ham is 145°F. Serve.
    Note: If using regular grill, double cook time, turning once.
