Ingredients
- 1 lemon, for wedges
- 1 ½ lb chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup hot honey (+ more, optional for serving)
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium-high. Cut lemon into wedges. Coat chicken with oil, salt, and pepper (wash hands).
- Grill chicken 6–8 minutes on each side until grill-marked and 165°F. Brush with honey during last minute of cook time. Remove from grill and let stand 5–10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with additional honey, if using; serve with lemon wedges.
