Grilled Balsamic Lemon Chicken with Green Beans and Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 green beans and almond (oven/microwave) bag (Produce)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Steps

    1. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Season chicken with seasoning and salt (wash hands). Arrange chicken on grill; cook 1–2 minutes on each side, until grill-marked. Cut lemon in half and squeeze one-half over chicken, then cover.
    2. Reduce heat to medium and grill 6–8 more minutes on each side, until chicken is 165°F. Transfer to cutting board and let stand 5 minutes to rest.
    3. Meanwhile, microwave green beans bag on HIGH for 3–5 minutes or until tender. Let stand 1 minute to cool. Tear bag at dotted line and pour into serving dish. Squeeze remaining one-half lemon over top of chicken and finish with balsamic glaze. Serve with vegetables.
