Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag trimmed fresh green beans
- 2 fresh nectarines
- ½ cup julienne-cut, sun-dried tomatoes
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 (7.5 oz) blue cheese (or Gorgonzola) salad kit
- ½ cup slivered almonds
Steps
- Microwave green beans following package instructions. Slice nectarines thinly. Cut green beans into bite-size pieces.
- Place green beans, nectarines, tomatoes, blue cheese, salt, salad kit ingredients, and almonds in salad bowl; toss to coat. Serve.
