Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz salad blend with veggies (lettuce, cabbage, carrots, snow peas, and radishes)
  • ¼ cup matchstick carrots
  • 2 large ruby red grapefruit (rinsed)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (rinsed)
  • 2 tablespoons french salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon celery seeds

Steps

    1. Place salad blend (about ¾ bag) and carrots in salad bowl. Peel and cut grapefruit into bite-size pieces; add to salad. Cut tomatoes in half (if desired); add to salad.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss to coat and serve.
