Ingredients
- 2 green onions
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup seasoned rice vinegar
- ½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Steps
- Slice green onions thinly; grate ginger (1 tablespoon). Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; whisk until sugar has dissolved.
- Serve with your favorite appetizers. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 3 days.
