Ingredients

  • 2 green onions
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • ½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Steps

    1. Slice green onions thinly; grate ginger (1 tablespoon). Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; whisk until sugar has dissolved.
    2. Serve with your favorite appetizers. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 3 days.
