Ingredients
- 1 loaf Bakery Tutto Pugliese bread
- 2 tablespoons green onion and chive cream cheese
- 1 plum tomato
- ½ oz Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup mild giardiniera
- ¼ cup spring mix salad blend
Steps
- Cut 2 (½-inch-thick) slices from bread; spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each slice. Cut 2 thin slices from tomato. Shave Parmesan with vegetable peeler. Drain and chop giardiniera.
- Top 1 slice bread with giardiniera, tomato, salad greens, and Parmesan; complete sandwich with remaining slice bread. Serve.
