Garlic Sautéed Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 head bok choy, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces

Steps

    1. Preheat oil in large skillet or wok 2–3 minutes on medium. Cook garlic in oil 1–2 minutes or until fragrant.
    2. Add bok choy and cook 5–8 minutes or until the green parts of the leaves turn bright green and stalks become slightly translucent.

    Other Preparation Methods

    Microwave: Chop 1 head bok choy and place in microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon water. Microwave on HIGH 3–4 minutes or until leaves turn bright green.

    Grill: Place 1 head bok choy (coarsely chopped) in foil with sliced peppers, mushrooms, oil, and Italian seasoning; grill 8–10 minutes over indirect heat or until tender and leaves turn bright green.
