Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 head bok choy, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
Steps
- Preheat oil in large skillet or wok 2–3 minutes on medium. Cook garlic in oil 1–2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add bok choy and cook 5–8 minutes or until the green parts of the leaves turn bright green and stalks become slightly translucent.
Other Preparation Methods
Microwave: Chop 1 head bok choy and place in microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon water. Microwave on HIGH 3–4 minutes or until leaves turn bright green.
Grill: Place 1 head bok choy (coarsely chopped) in foil with sliced peppers, mushrooms, oil, and Italian seasoning; grill 8–10 minutes over indirect heat or until tender and leaves turn bright green.
