Ingredients
- 1 lemon, for zest
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 3 tablespoons garlic-herb butter
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups arugula (or baby spinach)
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Bring water to boil for pasta. Zest lemon (½ teaspoon). Cook pasta following package instructions, then drain.
- Combine butter, oil, and zest in medium bowl. Stir in pasta until butter melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve.
