Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
  • 4 small red plums
  • 3 clementines (or mandarin oranges)
  • 1 cup pitted dates (or dried figs)
  • 1 lb white (or red) seedless grapes
  • 2 cups yogurt-covered pretzels
  • 2 cups sweetened banana chips
  • 2 cups dried apricots
  • 1 cup coconut cashews
  • 1 cup whole roasted (or chocolate-covered) almonds
  • 1 cup yogurt-covered raisins
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 0.75 oz fresh mint (optional)
  • 1 (12 oz) container dessert fruit dip (optional)

Steps

    1. Halve 1 cup strawberries. Halve or slice plums, clementines, and dates. Separate grapes into large clusters.
    2. Arrange grapes, plums, clementines, and strawberries in clusters around 14-inch wooden board (or serving platter). Fill in gaps with rows of yogurt pretzels, banana chips, and apricots to create pockets.
    3. Fill in pockets with coconut cashews, almonds, and yogurt raisins. Cascade blackberries and dates from grapes. Decorate with mint, if using. Serve with dip, if using.
