Ingredients
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 (16 oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup shelled sunflower seeds
Steps
- Combine in large bowl: vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add oil slowly, whisking continuously, until blended.
- Add coleslaw mix, almonds, cranberries, and sunflower seeds; toss to mix, then let stand 5 minutes. Toss again before serving.
