Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 (16 oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup shelled sunflower seeds

Steps

    1. Combine in large bowl: vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add oil slowly, whisking continuously, until blended.
    2. Add coleslaw mix, almonds, cranberries, and sunflower seeds; toss to mix, then let stand 5 minutes. Toss again before serving.
