Ingredients
- 1 large yellow onion
- 28 oz white potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 (5-gram) packet sazón with azafrán seasoning
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Steps
- Slice onion thinly. Peel potatoes and slice thinly. Chop garlic finely. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces (wash hands).
- Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place bacon in pan and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in onions, potatoes, garlic, and seasoning. Cover and cook 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Drizzle with oil; serve.
