Fresh Fruit with Citrus Mint Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 orange, for juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cups fresh citrus fruit (such as blood or navel oranges, tangelos, and/or grapefruit)
Steps
  1. Squeeze orange for juice (¼ cup); chop mint. Whisk orange juice, mint, and honey until blended.
  2. Peel citrus fruit; cut into ½-inch thick slices. Place in salad bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired. Serve.
