Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 prepared graham cracker piecrust
- 3 cups fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and/or pineberries)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Steps
- Stir honey into yogurt until blended; spread ½ cup mixture in bottom of piecrust. Arrange one-half berries in single layer over yogurt; repeat both layers.
- Sprinkle with sugar. Chill until ready to serve. (Makes 8 servings.)
