Feta-Tomato Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons roasted, shelled pistachios (or sunflower seeds)
  • 8 oz Bakery baguette
  • ½ cup Bakery garlic spread
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomato spread
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop pistachios finely. Halve baguette lengthwise. Spread even amounts garlic and tomato spread on cut sides of bread, then arrange bread cut-side up on baking sheet.
    2. Bake 10 minutes, then sprinkle evenly with cheese and pistachios. Bake 3–5 more minutes until edges are crisp and cheese has lightly browned. Slice and serve.
Other Preparation Methods

    • Garlic bread: Preheat oven to 400°F. Halve 8 oz Bakery baguette lengthwise. Spread ½ cup garlic spread evenly on cut sides of bread, then sprinkle evenly with ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon Italian bread dip seasoning. Arrange bread cut-side up on baking sheet.
