Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons roasted, shelled pistachios (or sunflower seeds)
- 8 oz Bakery baguette
- ½ cup Bakery garlic spread
- ½ cup sun-dried tomato spread
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop pistachios finely. Halve baguette lengthwise. Spread even amounts garlic and tomato spread on cut sides of bread, then arrange bread cut-side up on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes, then sprinkle evenly with cheese and pistachios. Bake 3–5 more minutes until edges are crisp and cheese has lightly browned. Slice and serve.
Other Preparation Methods
- Garlic bread: Preheat oven to 400°F. Halve 8 oz Bakery baguette lengthwise. Spread ½ cup garlic spread evenly on cut sides of bread, then sprinkle evenly with ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon Italian bread dip seasoning. Arrange bread cut-side up on baking sheet. Bake 10–15 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese has lightly browned.
