Ingredients

  • Aluminum foil
  • 4 Bakery GreenWise plain English muffins
  • 8 tablespoons pizza sauce, divided
  • 16 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 24 miniature pepperoni
  • 8 teaspoons diced fresh red onions, divided

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F; line baking sheet with foil. Halve muffins and arrange on baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until toasted.
    2. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over each muffin half, then top with 2 tablespoons cheese, 3 pepperoni, and 1 teaspoon onions. Bake 5–6 minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Other Preparation Methods
