Ingredients
- 1 package frozen whole or cut green beans (12–16 oz)
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 limes, for juice
- ½ cup prediced red onions
- ¼ cup light olive oil vinaigrette
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup slivered almonds
Steps
- Microwave green beans following package instructions. Drain. Chop cilantro. Squeeze limes for juice (2 tablespoons).
- Whisk lime juice, cilantro, onions, vinaigrette, and salt until thoroughly blended.
- Toss with green beans until evenly coated. Serve warm or chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle almonds over green beans; serve.
