Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons fully cooked chicken
- ¼ cup cooked elbow noodles
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon frozen green peas
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Steps
- Coat a 12 oz microwave-safe mug with spray. Cut chicken into ½-inch cubes. Combine noodles, cheese, milk, chicken, peas, salt, and pepper in mug.
- Microwave on HIGH 1–1 ½ minutes until heated through and cheese has melted (microwave ovens may vary). Stir in sour cream until smooth. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
