Ingredients
- 6 dried prunes, pitted
- ½ cup dried chopped dates
- ½ cup golden raisins
- ¼ cup walnuts pieces
- 1 tablespoon clover honey
- ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
Steps
- Combine in bowl of food processor: prunes, dates, raisins, walnuts, and honey. Pulse to coarsely chop and combine.
- Place confectioners’ sugar in medium mixing bowl. Scoop fruit mixture into 12 evenly sized balls; roll until smooth. Dredge each ball in sugar and coat well. Chill until ready to serve.
