Ingredients

  • 6 dried prunes, pitted
  • ½ cup dried chopped dates
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ¼ cup walnuts pieces
  • 1 tablespoon clover honey
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

Steps

    1. Combine in bowl of food processor: prunes, dates, raisins, walnuts, and honey. Pulse to coarsely chop and combine.
    2. Place confectioners’ sugar in medium mixing bowl. Scoop fruit mixture into 12 evenly sized balls; roll until smooth. Dredge each ball in sugar and coat well. Chill until ready to serve.
