Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ ripe Hass avocado
- ¼ cup unsweetened almondmilk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup nondairy whipped topping, divided
- Cookies or candy-covered pretzels (optional)
Steps
- Peel bananas; remove pit and flesh from avocado. Place bananas and avocado flesh in food processor bowl (or blender). Add milk, cocoa powder, syrup, and vanilla; process until smooth. Divide mixture evenly among serving bowls. Cover and chill 30 minutes (or overnight).
- Top each pudding with ¼ cup whipped topping. Serve with cookies or pretzels, if using.
