Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons coconut (or canola) oil
  • 12 cups Deli popcorn (about 3 oz)
  • 1 cup flaked sweetened coconut

Steps

    1. Combine curry powder, ginger, and oil in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH up to 1 minute or until oil is melted; stir to combine.
    2. Drizzle mixture over popcorn; toss to coat. Stir in coconut. Serve.
    Note: If you don't have Deli popcorn, you can substitute 12 cups microwave popcorn (about 3 bags).
