Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 2 green onions
- 4–6 stems fresh chives
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- ¼ bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk
- ¾ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Steps
- Zest lime (1 teaspoon), then juice (2 tablespoons). Thinly slice green onions and chives (2 tablespoons). Remove mint and cilantro leaves from stems; coarsely chop leaves.
- Combine all ingredients until well blended. Chill until ready to use. (Makes 2 ½ cups.)
