Ingredients
- 3 green onions
- ¼ cup refrigerated ginger salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 large cucumber
Steps
- Slice green onions thinly. Combine green onions, dressing, sugar, and vinegar in medium bowl.
- Peel cucumber; cut into 3- to 4-inch long sections. Use vegetable peeler to shave thin, lengthwise strips of cucumber into bowl with dressing (peel until reaching cores; discard cores).
- Toss to coat; chill until ready to serve.
