Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled
- ½ medium sweet onion
- 1 (8-oz) package diced ham chunks
- ¾ cup Italian salad dressing
Steps
- Slice cucumbers and onion thinly; place in medium bowl. Stir in ham chunks and dressing until well blended.
- Chill 25 minutes for flavors to blend. Stir well.

- Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut 2 cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Top with matchstick carrots, herb/garlic seasoning, and feta cheese. Place on baking sheet; bake 15–20 minutes or until softened.
