Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 6 oz water
  • 3 oz evaporated milk

Steps

    1. Place brown sugar in large measuring cup.
    2. Prepare espresso following manufacturer's instructions, using listed water. Brew 1 oz espresso into measuring cup, then immediately move to 2 (4 oz) cups to brew remaining espresso.
    3. Place milk in microwave-safe cup; microwave on HIGH 1–2 minutes until warm; add warm milk to each cup.
    4. Whisk mixture in measuring cup until it lightens in color and becomes foamy. Top espressos with foam and stir slowly to blend. Serve.
