Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 6 oz water

Steps

    1. Place brown sugar in large measuring cup.
    2. Prepare espresso following manufacturer's instructions, using listed water. Brew 1 oz espresso into measuring cup, then immediately move to 2 (4 oz) cups to brew remaining espresso.
    3. Whisk mixture in measuring cup until it lightens in color and becomes foamy. Top espressos with foam and stir slowly to blend. Serve.
    Chef's Tip: To prepare Cafecito, divide espresso among 4 (1 oz) cups.
