Ingredients
- ½ hothouse cucumber
- ½ ripe Hass avocado
- 1 cup Deli Volcano Roll Dip
- 12 oz whipped cream cheese spread
- ¼ cup sliced fresh green onions
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
- 1 tablespoon oyster (or sweet chili) sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Rice crackers or seaweed chips (optional, for serving)
Steps
- Cut cucumber into small cubes (about ½ cup). Scoop out avocado flesh and cut into small cubes (about ½ cup). Drain dip if desired.
- Spread cream cheese evenly in 9-inch pie dish; top with dip, cucumbers, avocado, green onions, and crispy onions.
- Drizzle with oyster sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using. Serve with crackers, if using.
