Crunchy Dynamite Volcano Roll Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ hothouse cucumber
  • ½ ripe Hass avocado
  • 1 cup Deli Volcano Roll Dip
  • 12 oz whipped cream cheese spread
  • ¼ cup sliced fresh green onions
  • ½ cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 tablespoon oyster (or sweet chili) sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Rice crackers or seaweed chips (optional, for serving)

Steps

    1. Cut cucumber into small cubes (about ½ cup). Scoop out avocado flesh and cut into small cubes (about ½ cup). Drain dip if desired.
    2. Spread cream cheese evenly in 9-inch pie dish; top with dip, cucumbers, avocado, green onions, and crispy onions.
    3. Drizzle with oyster sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using. Serve with crackers, if using.
