Ingredients
- 1 lemon, for zest/juice
- 1 ½ teaspoons fresh dill
- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 7–9 oz bag GreenWise tortilla chips (such as Black Bean & Quinoa, Sweet Potato, or Blue Corn)
Steps
- Zest lemon (2 teaspoons); squeeze for juice (2 tablespoons). Chop dill.
- Combine in bowl of food processor: ½ teaspoon dill, ¼ cup oil, feta, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and cayenne; pulse until smooth.
- Transfer dip to serving bowl and garnish with remaining 2 tablespoons oil, remaining 1 teaspoon dill, and sesame seeds. Serve with tortilla chips.
