- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 oz whipped cream–flavored vodka
- ½ cup whole milk
- ¼ teaspoon + ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided

Steps
- Place honey in shallow dish; place graham cracker crumbs in second shallow dish. Dip rims of 4 martini glasses into honey, then into graham cracker crumbs.
- Place ice cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, vodka, milk, and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon in blender (or food processor bowl); blend until smooth.
- Divide mixture evenly among prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream; dust with remaining ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon.

Make 8 servings by placing in blender: 1 cup ice cream, 1 cup pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 4 oz vodka, and 1 cup milk; blend until smooth. Pour into prepared martini glasses and top with whipped cream and additional cinnamon.
