Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup reduced-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons garlic-herb butter
- 1 (4.7 oz) box au gratin potato mix
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Steps
- Place water, milk, and butter in medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Stir potatoes, seasoning from potatoes, salt, and pepper into pan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
