Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ½ cup lemon vinaigrette
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 small head green cabbage
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
Steps
- Chop dill. Combine in large bowl: mayonnaise, vinaigrette, dill, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
- Slice cabbage, peppers, and onion thinly and place in bowl with dressing; add carrots. Toss vegetables with dressing until coated.
- Cover and chill 30 minutes. Toss and serve.
