Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes
- ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup basil pesto
Steps
- Cut mozzarella into bite-size pieces. Chop tomatoes coarsely.
- Combine yogurt and pesto in medium bowl until blended.
- Fold in cheese and tomatoes until evenly coated. Serve.
