Cranberry, Gorgonzola, and Bacon Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 (1.9 oz) boxes frozen mini phyllo shells
  • ½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 1 cup Deli cranberry orange relish
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange phyllo shells on baking sheet.
    2. Combine cheese and bacon. Fill each shell with about 1 teaspoon each cheese mixture and cranberry relish. Bake 7–8 minutes until cheese begins to soften. Meanwhile, chop rosemary finely.
    3. Remove from oven; top evenly with rosemary. Serve.
    Chef's Tip: Recipe is best when prepared fresh. Not a fan of Gorgonzola? Replace it with crumbled goat cheese or cubed Brie.
