Ingredients
- 2 cups corn flakes
- large resealable food storage bag
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ pounds (4 chops) pork center rib chops
- 4 tablespoons butter
Steps
- Put corn flakes in resealable food storage bag and crush.
- Scramble eggs in bowl.
- Preheat pan on medium-high (1-2 minutes).
- Clean and dry pork chops.
- Bread pork chops by first dipping in egg mixture, then placing in bag with corn flakes and shaking or pressing in to coat.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Fry pork chops for 9 minutes per side, turning with tongs. Serve.
