2 cups corn flakes
large resealable food storage bag
2 eggs
1 ½ pounds (4 chops) pork center rib chops
4 tablespoons butter
Steps
Put corn flakes in resealable food storage bag and crush.
Scramble eggs in bowl.
Preheat pan on medium-high (1-2 minutes).
Clean and dry pork chops.
Bread pork chops by first dipping in egg mixture, then placing in bag with corn flakes and shaking or pressing in to coat.
Melt butter in pan.
Fry pork chops for 9 minutes per side, turning with tongs. Serve.
