Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can cream of coconut
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 cup white rum
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (+ additional, optional for garnish)
- 8 whole cinnamon sticks (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Place all ingredients (except garnishes) in serving pitcher; stir until smooth. Cover and chill 2 hours (or overnight).
- Stir well, then pour into serving glasses. Garnish with additional ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
Make it dairy-free.
Replace sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk with equal amounts cream of coconut and canned coconut milk.
