Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can cream of coconut
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup white rum
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (+ additional, optional for garnish)
  • 8 whole cinnamon sticks (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Place all ingredients (except garnishes) in serving pitcher; stir until smooth. Cover and chill 2 hours (or overnight).
    2. Stir well, then pour into serving glasses. Garnish with additional ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.

Other Preparation Methods

      Make it dairy-free.
      Replace sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk with equal amounts cream of coconut and canned coconut milk.
